i want to tell you this too shall pass

i want to tell you i'm safe, you can open your heart to me

i want to tell you to please let me in

i want to tell you i will show up for you

i want to tell you giving you space is hard

i want to tell you what it brings up for me

i want to tell you of my growth, of my detaching

i want to tell you i appreciate you

i want to tell you that your pain is not forever

i want to tell you you are not alone in this life

i want to tell you it hurts when you pull away

i want to tell you that your methods are old beliefs

i want to tell you that they no longer serve you

i want to tell you it's time to try something new and scary

i want to tell you your fears won't come true

i want to tell you all these things but i won't

i want to tell you

but you said you can't be present for anyone in your life right now

so i will practice patience

detachment

loving and radical acceptance

i know it to be the key to ending all suffering
